Experience Package 4 – Modern Musical Legends Weekend
Join us for a bespoke weekend experience with composer Nico Muhly, pianist Adam Tendler, and the Vermont Symphony Orchestra in May 2024 as we perform Muhly’s new VSO-commissioned world premiere piano concerto. Enjoy lunch with Muhly, Tendler, and VSO Music Director and concert conductor Andrew Crust, then sit in with one of the orchestra rehearsals on May 3 or 4. It’s a unique way to experience the inner workings of an orchestra as it interprets a never-heard-before piece, with the piano soloist, conductor, and musicians communicating to realize the composer’s musical vision.
