It’s been 22 months since our Musicians in Schools program has brought real, live musicians to real, live schools, and now we’re back!

On Thursday December 9, we’re on the road to visit Orwell Village, Benson Village, and Fair Haven Grade Schools in Rutland County School with our Brass Trio.

The three musicians are joined by a scientist for “The Force of Music”, a Star Wars-themed Musicians-in-Schools program created in consultation with Vermont STEAM and Theater Arts school educators for grades K-6.

The musicians and actor investigate sound waves, vibrations, and how design affects everything from pitch to volume through music…all the while convincing audiences that the Force is real!

We’re so thrilled to be back in schools, following COVID safety protocols, and bringing music to kids across Vermont again.
