John is the cofounder and president of the Physician’s Computer Company (PCC) and works with independent pediatric practices across the country. John attended his first VSO concert as a teenager and soon became a volunteer. John produced the VSO’s summer concert tours for for several years in the late-1980s and cochaired the Chittenden and Franklin County regional board in the early 1990s. John served on the VYO board and then in the late aughts helped Soovin Kim launch the Lake Champlain Chamber Music Festival.
John moved to Vermont numerous times when he was growing up and studied electrical engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. At the turn of the century, John fostered a handful of teenagers and now has five grandchildren that live in Florida. John likes to bake and share chocolate chip cookies and installed an oven in the back of his electric car so that he can do exactly that while his car is refueling.
