Reminiscing with old friends, sharing memories, and playing our songs again – VSO’s musicians bring their version of a garden party to the lush surroundings of Vermont’s gardens and historic homes this summer. Experience a rich American patchwork quilt of colors, textures, and sounds as the VSO’s Woodwind Quartet takes the audience on a journey through 120 years of American music–from Tin Pan Alley to Carnegie Hall, from a bumpy bike ride with Alyssa Morris’s “Motion” to the fairgrounds with Amy Beach’s “Carnival.” Relax with a free woodwind quartet concert at Shelburne Museum on July 1 at 5:00 pm.
Concerts will be presented in line with COVID-19 guidelines. For more information, click here.
