Were bringing small ensembles across the state with a series of free concerts on a Breweries Tour, Homes & Gardens Tour, and Gazebos & Bandstands Tour. Each of these venues enjoys a special theme, whether it’s the pomp and circumstance of a concert on the town green, the lush delight of music in historic home gardens, or the spirit of a brew pub. VSO musicians will visit 17 Vermont towns from St. Albans and Stowe to Greensboro and Grafton – join us!

Reminiscing with old friends, sharing memories, and playing our songs again – VSO’s musicians bring their version of a garden party to the lush surroundings of Vermont’s gardens and historic homes this summer. Experience a rich American patchwork quilt of colors, textures, and sounds as the VSO’s Woodwind Quartet takes the audience on a journey through 120 years of American music–from Tin Pan Alley to Carnegie Hall, from a bumpy bike ride with Alyssa Morris’s “Motion” to the fairgrounds with Amy Beach’s “Carnival.” Relax with a free woodwind quartet concert at the Park-McCullough Historic Governor’s Mansion on July 4 at 3:00 pm.

Concerts will be presented in line with COVID-19 guidelines. For more information, click here.
