Tune in to a live performance of the formidable husband-wife team of VSO Music Director Jaime Laredo (violin) and Sharon Robinson (cello). As solo artists, as the Laredo-Robinson Duo, and as members of the Kalichstein-Laredo-Robinson Trio, Laredo and Robinson are among the busiest and most respected musicians in the world. Considered “the foremost husband-wife team in concert music” (Minneapolis Tribune), the pair have long been a champion of new works, and have premiered and recorded double concertos by André Previn and Ellen Zwilich, among others.
