Time: 8:00 pm
Location: Flynn Center (Burlington, VT)

Join us during our five-concert Saturday Masterworks series at the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington. All concerts begin at 8:00 pm and are preceded at 7:00 pm by Musically Speaking, a free pre-concert discussion that provides entertaining insight into the evening’s program.

A season without Mozart or Brahms? Unthinkable! We rectify that by opening the final concert with Mozart’s Impresario Overture and closing with Brams’ glorious First Symphony, which von Bulow gave the ultimate stamp of approval, calling it “Beethoven’s Tenth.” Olga Kern, a Van Kliburn Competition gold medalist renowned for her top-notch technique and “star quality,” performs Grieg’s deservedly familiar Piano Concerto.
