The VSO’s quarterly newsletter, Fanfare, is available for viewing online in Adobe PDF format. In order to view Adobe PDF files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free program and can be downloaded from Adobe’s website.
